I spent the majority of it doing nothing in particular with my best friends; we ate pizza, visited cool places, and watched a lot of mma and pro-wrestling. I celebrated my 22nd birthday with all of my friends and got more pizza. I spent christmas dodging (airsoft) bullets at Aaron's house. Towards the end of my break I got to go to Disneyland and California Adventure, which was amazing. Last week I hung out with a really cool gal in sf. And this week I got paid for filming a promo video for an mma gym.

I'm hoping this upcoming semester won't kick my ass as bad as the last one did.

First and foremost, I would like to give thanks to my mom and dad. No matter how disappointing of a son I turned out to be, you guys were always their for me (Sorry for not graduating on time dad). I'll probably never reach your guys' expectations of success but I will try my best to make something out of myself that you guys will be proud of. I know that we never really talk much; I'm usually either out and about or locked in my room. It may not seem like it but I am so grateful for everything you guys have done and do for me. There's no reason or excuse for why I am not expressing this vocally to you guys everyday. Thank you.

Second, I would like to give thanks to my closest friends: Manuel, Jake, Lori, Rheshell, Nam, Aaron, Ej, Tino, Art, Chellby, and Shelby. You guys mean the world to me and I'm so happy that I was fortunate enough to meet and spend time with all of you. I know that some of us might have drifted apart, and it's perfectly fine; I hold no qualms. I just want to let you guys know that I appreciate the time that we have shared. I'll always be able to look back at our interactions and conversations, so you guys will never be forgotten. And to my friends who I am still in contact with, I hope we grow old together and never drift apart. That might be a little too optimistic because in reality, we'll all probably go our own ways with presented opportunities such as jobs, families, and careers. Until then, lets keep doing what we do and enjoy each others company without regards to what happens tomorrow. Thank you.

Since this semester had started back in August/September, my life has been this crazy whirlwind of school, work, interning, commuting, sitting in traffic, girl, friends, lack of sleep, lack of time, lack of money, midterms, and nagging parents.

Last semester, I only took about 4 classes (actually I only took 3), and now I’m taking 5, make that 6 if you count my internship, and I’m working at Best Buy. I seriously spoiled myself last year. I did less than the bare minimum and so now the normal school load seems like way too much.

I’m sure some people have it worse though. I hope not. No one should be commuting an hour+ to work and school. It’s pretty depressing. I kind of lost it earlier today. My feelings have been so volatile this past week and especially today.

I got rear ended, bad. I was completely stopped and the car that hit me was probably going a good 30-40 miles per hour.

Shitty. The only way i can describe this experience was shitty. Jake and I just had some mild injuries while Manuel hurt his arm and back, and Julia hurt her head.

So we spent most of the day at the hospital to just make sure that we didn't have any concussions or serious injuries. We all pretty much just left with sore backs and some bumps.

Seeing my friends get hurt like this was just the worst thing.

Went to Carmel and Santa Cruz today with my friends. We dipped our feet in water, ate a little, then dipped our feet in water again. A dead fish washed up on shore which was crazy. I wanna go back on a hotter and less cloudy day so I can actually swim in the ocean. I've only swam in the ocean once when I was a wee lad.

Bought the movie Shaun of the Dead for under $10.

I had to wake up around 6am since I had to take my WST for the second time. honestly, I dont think I passed this time either. as if I could feel any lower academically.

Well after that I got to go to the Aldo vs. Faber fight at the Arco Arena in sac with Rachael. The only word that I can use to describe how I felt being there was sublime. The majority of the fights were great, and my boy's Henderson and Aldo won. I was damn nervous for both of them though. hah, rachael and I were the only ones rooting for Aldo (even though she was really hoping for faber to win lol). I can't even imagine how much pressure Faber must have felt fighting in his hometown.

Then ended the night with some double cheeseburgers from mcdonalds with some of my niggas.

School has been soo stressful lately. I needed this.

as i was driving north on MacArthur (next to glenbriar and that one rich neighborhood) at around 9pm today, a small white cat ran into my car. i had about half a second to react. i drive a small civic so i felt my car spike up with a loud THUD. :/

june-august (summer break):

one of the best summers i ever had. consists of driving up 4000 feet with my friends listening to nfg.

went to a show just about every weekend at stockton empire theater. didn’t have to pay lol. got to see nevershoutnever, one of the best shows ive been to this year next to the suffokate/all shall perish show and the don’t trip show.
spent a majority of my life playing ufc undisputed
joined i shot the sheriff and had a hell of a time with them.

so today, jake, aaron, and I were hanging out with manuel at his house watching the Gilmore Girls at 6pm. about 5 minutes into the episode we hear a loud banging on the door. Manuel opened the door and like 6 cops were at the door, more specifically gang task, and had Manuel at gunpoint with this big machine gun and handcuffed him. soon, jake, aaron and I were on the floor being handcuffed. we weren't being arrested, just detained and questioned (about things that just aren't my business to say on the internet). lol one of cops said "you are being handcuffed for your own safety". that makes no type of sense!

Jake, Aaron, and I were in handcuffs for about half an hour, while Manuel was in handcuffs for probably like an hour.

They let us go, after checking all of our records.
